The Educator Excellence Etiquette Certification is a comprehensive professional development program created specifically for educators and school leaders. The program strengthens professionalism, communication, leadership, workplace civility, professional boundaries, relationship-building, and the everyday behaviors that contribute to a culture of excellence.
2. Is the October 30 training the complete certification?
No. The October 30, 2026 in-person experience in Dallas is a partial, live component of the certification program. The complete Educator Excellence Etiquette Certification consists of 12 comprehensive online modules and required certification activities. Participants must complete the full program to earn certification.
3. Can I complete the entire certification online?
Yes. The complete 12-module certification curriculum is available online, allowing educators to complete the program without traveling to Dallas. The October 30 in-person experience provides an additional opportunity for live instruction, interaction, and hands-on learning. Register Here.
4. What is included with my certification?
Participants receive 12 comprehensive online modules, an accompanying certification manual, hands-on etiquette activities, downloadable professional resources, weekly Excellence emails, monthly reinforcement, and the Educator Excellence Etiquette Certification upon successful completion of all requirements.

The program is designed for teachers, administrators, counselors, instructional coaches, campus and district leaders, student-support professionals, professional development specialists, and other education professionals who want to strengthen their professional presence and positively influence school culture.
How long do I have to complete the 12 modules?
Participants complete the certification online at their own pace within 30 days.
6. What topics are covered in the certification?
The curriculum addresses educator professionalism, communication, parent and family etiquette, professional boundaries, digital conduct, collegial etiquette and workplace civility, professional presence, dining etiquette, leadership, school representation, relationship-building, and creating a culture of excellence.
7. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After successfully completing all 12 modules and required certification components, participants earn the Educator Excellence Etiquette Certification and receive an official certificate from the Etiquette Training Institute.
8. Can schools or districts register multiple educators?
Yes. Schools and districts may enroll multiple educators and can use the certification as part of a broader professional learning or school-culture initiative. Group and district participation options are available.
9. Can I teach ETI's student etiquette program after becoming certified?
Certification prepares you to serve as an etiquette and professionalism resource within your school; however, certification does not grant reproduction or delivery rights to ETI's proprietary student curriculum. Schools interested in implementing the official ETI program may pursue separate institutional licensing.
10. Do I need previous etiquette training?
No. Previous etiquette training is not required. The certification is structured to provide educators with the foundational knowledge, practical strategies, and professional applications needed to successfully complete the program.
