Dallas, TX – [February 25, 2026] – The Etiquette Training Institute (ETI) is proud to announce the launch of its Etiquette Ambassador Program, a comprehensive student etiquette and leadership initiative. ETI has been accepted into the United Way Incubator Program, a selective program supporting high-impact, scalable initiatives that empower communities.
The four-week pilot program is currently underway at Duncanville High School, providing juniors and seniors with hands-on training in college and career readiness, professional communication, leadership presence, and social etiquette. Students are learning skills that prepare them to excel academically, professionally, and socially in today’s competitive school and work environments.
“Working with my students, I see the importance of them learning business etiquette, how to dress appropriately, and—most importantly—how to communicate effectively to excel in today’s competitive school and work environment,” said Dr. Michelle Williams, Director of the Marketing Program at Duncanville High School.
The Etiquette Ambassador Program is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing school schedules, delivering measurable impact without adding additional responsibilities to teachers or administrators. The curriculum emphasizes:
Professional presence and communication
Leadership and confidence building
Respectful peer and professional interaction
Practical skills for college and career readiness
During this pilot phase, other schools are invited to take advantage of special Spring Savings to implement the program at a discounted rate. This limited-time offer provides access to ETI’s full curriculum, structured delivery, and leadership lessons, enabling schools to enhance student development while minimizing costs.
“We are thrilled to empower the next generation of leaders through the Etiquette Ambassador Program,” said Trenette Wilson, Founder & CEO of ETI. “Being part of the United Way Incubator Program allows us to scale this high-impact initiative, ensuring students in diverse communities gain the confidence and skills they need to succeed in college, careers, and life.”
